What is Yong In?
Yong In Martial Arts Academy is lead by the only Traditional World Tae Kwon Do Federation instructor in Williamson County, TN. Many people begin training in Martial Arts for different reasons. At Yong In, members benefits include physical fitness, increased confidence and self-discipline, improved focus and the experience of a unique family activity. Though you may consider joining with only one reason in mind, you will soon be pleasantly surprised by the variety of benefits you will enjoy from your training.

Tenets of Tae Kwon Do
Courtesy - Respect, manners; always treating others as you would like to be treated yourself.
Integrity - Be honest enough with yourself to always do what you know is right in your heart.
Perseverance - Keep working for your goal no matter how hard, never give up.
Self-Control - To control your feelings, emotion, anger, and technique.
Indomitable Spirit - Unbeatable spirit, if knocked down, always get up - related to perseverance); also standing up for what is right against any odds.
